2022 AFFC Official Calendar
We are very proud to announce the official calendar for the 2022 Australian Formula Ford Championship and 2022 FF1600 Championship.
Our 2022 season will commence in just under a month at Sandown Raceway and will be concluded at Sydney Motorsport Park at the end of October. Over these eight months, our championship contenders will race at six different circuits in four states, for a total of seven rounds for the year.
The rounds are scheduled as follows:-
Round 1- 26-27 February 2022 - Sandown Raceway (VIC) (Victorian State Championship)
Round 2 - 19-20 March 2022 - Phillip Island GP Circuit (VIC) (Shannons Nationals)
Round 3 - 21-22 May 2022 - Winton Motor Raceway (VIC) (Supercars)
Round 4 - 6-7 August 2022 - Sydney Motorsport Park (NSW) (NSW State Championship)
Round 5 - 27-28 August 2022 - Morgan Park Raceway (QLD) (Qld State Championship)
Round 6 - 17-18 September 2022 - The Bend Motorsport Park (SA) (SA State Championship)
Round 7 - 29-30 October 2022 - Sydney Motorsport Park (NSW) (NSW State Championship)
The 2022 Australian FF 1600 Championship will be joining our main category for the last three rounds of the series.
