Kyle Evans finished his racing season on a high, taking the win in the final race of the Queensland Formula Ford Championship for 2021. It had been a productive and rewarding weekend for Kyle as he dialed in his Spectrum Formula Ford after suffering damage in his previous outing with the car. The preparation reaped dividends immediately with a 2nd place during qualifying and then a 2nd and 3rd place finish in the opening two races of the weekend. Kyle returned with renewed determination and set his fastest
time of the round in Race 3 as he recorded another 2nd place finish.
He saved the best for last with the race win and his second fastest lap, barely a few hundredths from another 1:18 lap of Morgan Park. “Thank you to my absolutely AWESOME Pit Crew, Brett Evans, Ursula and Lee-Anne.Thank you to all the Officials, Volunteers and Marshals that give up your weekend to ensure I can pursue my passion to compete and race in Motorsport events,” Kyle said. “I am truly grateful for your commitment to Motorsport.
